Richelle Osborne
Richelle Osborne is a Victoria-based wall sculptor whose dimensional works explore the interplay of structure, movement, and light. What began as creating custom pieces for her neighborhood bistro in 2013 evolved into a full-time practice after selling the restaurant in 2020. Working with copper, acrylics, and hardwoods, Osborne builds sculptural, graphic compositions that shift with the viewer`s perspective.
`I create wall sculptures that play with light and shadow. Using wood, copper, and acrylics, I build dimensional works that blur the line between painting and sculpture. Each piece shifts with the viewer`s perspective, revealing new alignments and shadows. My process is equal parts construction and curiosity, balancing precision with play.`
